You might think that the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” would have exceptional performance venues and accompanying experiences for visiting school groups. You’d be absolutely correct. With more than 40 stages and 100 live shows, there’s a perfect setting for every student performance group. From band and orchestra to choral and dance, planners will find what they need in Branson.

The Haygoods and Clay Cooper both perform at the Clay Cooper Theatre on a stage that can be extended with two side stages. It’s perfect for larger groups.

The Starlite Theatre welcomes groups to its generous stage. The theater’s Main Street-styled foyer is a fun setting for pre-show.

Sight & Sound Theatre is Branson’s largest footprint with ample room both inside and outside for large groups. The backstage tour is ideal for those interested in theater production.

The Caravelle Theatre on the Strip is home to Liverpool Legends. Performance groups of all sizes are invited.

Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede features an in-the-round stage. Larger groups can circle the stage to provide pre-show entertainment.

For small ensembles, the intimate setting at the Little Opry Theatre at the IMAX Entertainment Complex might be perfect. The complex includes multi-screen theaters, shopping and McFarrlain’s Restaurant.

Branson Landing offers an ideal outdoor venue with a fabulous fountain show as a backdrop. Shops line a short parade route.

Shepherd of the Hills Homestead offers a unique venue for pre-show performance at the outdoor drama.

Silver Dollar City, a major theme park, is a marvelous setting for performance groups. Groups at the entrance welcome visitors, while other performers take advantage of the park’s numerous venues. The World Fest and Music Summit Choir festivals are planners’ favorites…
